Weinberg, Vice Mayor Cindy Orlinsky, Commissioner Clifford B. Ain, Commissioner Gustavo Blachman, Commissioner Amit Bloom, Commissioner Rachel S. Friedland, Commissioner Paul A. Kruss, City Manager Bryan Pegues, City Clerk Ellisa L. Horvath, and City Attorney Robert Meyers. As a quorum was determined to be present, the meeting commenced. 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: The Pledge was done at the City Commission Regular Meeting. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES ( July 1, 2025): A motion to approve the minutes of the July 1, 2025 meeting was offered by Commissioner Bloom, seconded by Commissioner Friedland, and unanimously passed by roll call vote.
