A photo of the employee is also displayed in City Hall for the duration of that month, as well throughout City departments. In addition, the Rotary Club of Coral Gables honors the chosen employee with a plaque presented during their monthly luncheon. Additionally, Employees of the Month become eligible for Employee of the Year. Not only is he great with residents when explaining tree health and inspections, but he also takes the time to help others in the office regarding permits and tree reports. He deserves this nomination as he is the first one to arrive everyday and one of the last to leave. He is efficient and patient. Specifically, he is always trying to find ways to help and assist others and is a great team player, and a great leader.
