CITY OF DORAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. the City of Doral City Council will hold a Public Hearing. The City of Doral proposes to adopt the following Ordinance: Ordinance No. 2025-24 AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DORAL, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE MG3 DORAL OFFICE LLC MASTER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF RECITALS: AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEARING NO.: 25-06-DOR-07 APPLICANT: MG3 Doral Office LLC (the “Applicant”) PROJECT NAME: MG3 Doral Office LLC/Doral Concourse MDA PROPERTY OWNER: MG3 Doral Office LLC LOCATION: 8400 NW 36 Street, Doral, FL FOLIO NUMBER: 35-3027-060-0010 SIZE OF PROPERTY: 5 acres FUTURE LAND USE MAP CATEGORY: Office and Residential (OR) and Industrial ZONING DISTRICT: Industrial Commercial (IC) REQUEST: The Applicant is requesting approval of the MG3 Doral Office LLC Master Development Agreement (MDA).
