Report of Scrivener's Error : Pursuant to Section 30-31 - Agenda of City Council Meetings - of the City of Hialeah Code of Ordinances, the City Clerk shall correct scrivener's errors that are discovered in ordinances, resolutions, minutes and staff reports and promptly report all corrections to the City Council. Ordinance No. 2026-041 was approved and adopted on May 12, 2026, with Section 3 titled "Conditions of Approval" providing that the approval of the variances is subject to submittal of a Declaration of Restriction requiring that the property be improved in substantial accordance with the plans submitted and prepared by Erik Kasuba of Twenty Lake Architects, LLC, signed and sealed on November 19, 2025.
