Award $100,902 tile contract for Edgar J. Hall Building

Proposed resolution accepting the Invitation for Bid ("IFB") response for IFB No. 2025-26- 008 - for the furnishing, demolishing, and installation of tiles at the Edgar J. Hall Building in the City of Hialeah; and authorizing the Mayor or his designee and the City Clerk, as attesting witness, on behalf of the City, to issue a purchase order to D'Elite Floors of Miami (the vendor) in an amount not to exceed $100,901.57, which includes a contingency amount of ten percent (10%) if required, for the furnishing, demolishing, and installation of tiles at the Edgar J. Hall Building, and in substantial conformity with the attached IFB No. 2025-26-008, attached hereto and made a part hereof as "Exhibit A," and authorizing the Mayor or designee to sign any related and customary purchasing documents to effectuate this resolution; and providing for an effective date.
