Second reading and public hearing of proposed ordinance repealing and rescinding Hialeah Ordinance No. 2007-023 (attached hereto as Exhibit "A") approving a variance of parking requirements for the property located at 550 West 84th Street, Hialeah, Florida, zoned M-1 (I ndustrial District) ; authorizing release of the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants recorded in Official Records Book 25445, Page 2153 of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida; repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; providing for a severability clause; and providing for an effective date.
