Accept $1,114,198 Department of Homeland Security UASI sub-grant

Proposed resolution ratifying the approval of the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Miami, the sponsoring agency of the Urban Area Security Initiative ("UASI") Grant Program 2024, under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's UASI, and the City of Hialeah, as participating agency; ratifying the acceptance of the award of a sub-grant in the amount of $1,114,198.00 pursuant to said Memorandum of Agreement for approved planning, training, and equipment costs identified in the program budget; and in substantial conformity with the Memorandum of Agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A"; and providing for an effective date.
