Authorize $81,674 renewal for wastewater maintenance package

Proposed resolution authorizing the Mayor or his designee and the City Clerk, as attesting witness, on behalf of the City, to issue and execute a purchase order to Badger Meter, Inc., for the 24-month renewal of a Comprehensive Maintenance Package, including Air System Modules ("ASM"), parts, power, labor warranty, and the rain data service for the City's waste water system; approving the expenditure in an amount not to exceed $81,674.00, brand quotation attached hereto and made a part hereof as "Exhibit A", for a total cumulative expenditure not to exceed $1,167,842.23; and providing for an effective date.
