Approve repair and remodeling of Babcock Park concession structure

Proposed resolution accepting the response to Invitation to Quote No. 2025-26-049 for the repair and remodeling of a concession structure at Babcock Park; and authorizing the Mayor or his designee and the City Clerk, as attesting witness, on behalf of the City, to issue a purchase order to D'Elite Floors of Miami ("vendor") in an amount of 10% if required, for referenced repairs and remodeling, and in substantial conformity with the attached Invitation to Quote No. 2025-26-049, attached hereto and made a part hereof as "Exhibit A", and authorizing the Mayor or his designee to sign a Construction Services Agreement with referenced vendor, attached hereto and made a part hereof as "Exhibit B", and any related and customary purchasing documents to effectuate this resolution; and providing for an effective date.
