Fund new and temporary Building Division facilities in City Hall

Proposed resolution approving the (I) Use of Excess Building Division Funds towards construction of new permanent facilities to house the City of Hialeah Building Division within the City Hall property, and (II) Acquisition and Improvement of Temporary Facilities for the Building Division during construction of the permanent facilities; approving a supplemental appropriation and corresponding changes to the City's Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan, and committing funds for such purposes; approving the purchase and sale of temporary facilities located at 60 East 3 Street and 150 East 1 Street; authorizing the Mayor and City Officials to finalize the terms and conditions of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and Addendums thereto, and to execute any documents necessary to effectuate the acquisition; and providing for an effective date.
