Approve $ lease for 95 multifunction printers

Proposed resolution approving a piggyback off of Contract No. 188037 State of Colorado through NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement terms and conditions for multi-function devices and related software, services and cloud solutions with Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc., for the sixty-month lease of ninety-five multifunctional printers; and authorizing the Mayor or his designee and the City Clerk, as attesting witness, on behalf of the City, to issue two annual purchase orders in an amount not to exceed $134,646.88, allocating $94,646.88 to the fixed lease payments and an estimated $40,000.00 to cost-per-copy, and in substantial conformity with the agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof as "Exhibit A"; and providing for an effective date.
