Approve consulting agreement for City Hall renovation strategy

Proposed resolution approving an agreement between the City of Hialeah and Red K Miami 1, LLC, doing business as Dekor-Miami to provide professional strategy and consulting services for renovation and expansion of the City of Hialeah City Hall in general conformity with the proposal for "Workplace Strategy, FF&E, Project Coordination and Consulting Services" attached as Exhibit "A"; authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to negotiate and finalize the agreement subject to approval as to form and legal substance by the City Attorney and to execute the agreement, with the City Clerk, as attesting witness, and approving the expenditure for referenced services in an amount not to exceed three hundred twenty-seven thousand one hundred dollars ($327,100.00), attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; and further authorizing the Mayor or his designee to finalize the terms and conditions of referenced agreement and to execute all necessary documents in furtherance of this resolution; and providing for an effective date.
