Increase purchase order by $47,885.68 for transit bus services

Proposed resolution authorizing the increase of Purchase Order No. 10000060 by an additional amount of $47,885.68 for an active agreement with ETA Phi Systems, Inc. to provide services and equipment to a new transit bus (number 8871) and to provide real-time services by hosting general transit feed specification realtime to all transit routes for a new total cumulative amount not to exceed $99,982.68; and in substantial conformity with the agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof as "Exhibit A", and providing for an effective date.
