Purchase crime insurance for City, $1,236,017

Proposed resolution waiving competitive bidding; and authorizing the Mayor or his designee and the City Clerk, as attesting witness, on behalf of the City, to purchase the City's Crime Insurance and approve a Second Addendum to the 2025 Master Agreement between the City of Hialeah and Keen, Battle, Mead & Company, for a term of one (1) policy renewal year, commencing April 9, 2026, and ending February 27, 2027, in substantial conformity with the addendum attached hereto and made apart hereof as "Exhibit A" in an estimated amount not to exceed $14,000.00; for services provided by the reference providers in an amount not to exceed $1,236,017.15; and providing for an effective date.
