Proposed resolution affirming Final Decision No. 000334-2026 of the Planning and Zoning Board authorizing a rear setback of 7.91 feet where 20 feet is required for a proposed 541 square foot aluminum roofed terrace for the property located at 609 West 14 Street, Hialeah, zoned R-1 One-Family District; providing for conditions; providing for enforcement of conditions; and providing for an effective date. On May 27, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the item subject to conditions. Conditions: 1. The aluminum-roofed terrace shall remain open on all sides. 2. The property shall be improved according to the plans submitted along this application, prepared by RN Engineering Inspection & Construction, signed and sealed by Rolando Nigaglioni dated April 14, 2026.
