On January 13, 2026, the City Council approved the item on first reading. Second reading and public hearing is scheduled for January 27, 2026. On December 10, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Board recommended the approval of this item subject to a condition. Condition: 1. The applicant must provide a Declaration of Restrictions to include the use of the premises as the sister plan provided, and that there will be no amusement machines and no alcohol will be served and/or sold at the premises.
