Proposed resolution waiving competitive bidding; and authorizing the Mayor or his designee and the City Clerk, as attesting witness, on behalf of the City, to issue a purchase order to Walter H. Keller, Inc., in an amount of $28,700.00, to provide consulting/contracting services for updating citywide Fire Rescue Impact Fees, citywide Police (Law Enforcement) Impact Fees, citywide Park, Recreation, and Open Space Impact Fees and to execute an updated proposal for professional services attached hereto and incorporated herein, as “Exhibit A”, and authorizing the Mayor or his designee to execute a Professional Services Agreement and any related and customary purchasing documents to effectuate this resolution in a form acceptable to the City Attorney; and providing for an effective date.
