Proposed resolution authorizing the Mayor or his designee and the City Clerk, as attesting witness, to enter into a three (3) year agreement with Meridian Government Services, LLC, for Workday Success Plan (WSP) Accelerate Services as approved as to form and legal substance by the City Attorney; and authorizing an expenditure in an amount not to exceed three hundred thirty-nine thousand, nine hundred five dollars ($339,905.00); and further authorizing the Mayor or his designee to finalize the terms and conditions of referenced agreement and to execute all necessary documents in furtherance of this resolution; and providing for an effective date.
