Authorize $318,775 purchase order for Motorola Solutions equipment

Proposed resolution authorizing the Mayor or his designee, and the City Clerk, as attesting witness, on behalf of the City, to utilize a piggyback contract previously approved by the City Council on September 23, 2025, between Broward County and Motorola Solutions Inc., Contract No. R1422515P1- P25 and authorizing the Mayor or his designee and the City Clerk, as attesting witness, on behalf of the City, to issue a purchase order to Motorola Solutions, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $318,775.20 for the purchase of forty (40) APX 6500 Mobile Radios and related accessories, in substantial conformity with the agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit “A”; and providing for an effective date.
