Renew $50,000 off-site record retention services contract with Access Information

Proposed resolution approving a contract renewal off of a piggyback contract, as amended, between the City of Miami Beach and Access Information Corporation for off-site record retention services; and authorizing the Mayor or his designee and the City Clerk, as attesting witness, on behalf of the City, to issue a purchase order in the amount not to exceed $50,000.00, for record retention services and in substantial conformity with the agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof as "Exhibit A"; and providing for an effective date.
