Proposed resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk, as attesting witness, on behalf of the City, to enter into a Performance Agreement with Vid Music Group, LLC to engage the services of Juan Luis Morera Luna, professionally known as artist "Wisin" as the featured performer for the City's Independence Day Celebration on July 4th, 2026, in a total amount not to exceed $350,000.00; and in substantial conformity with the agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof as "Exhibit A"; and authorizing a supplemental appropriation pursuant to Hialeah, Florida Charter

Section 3.

08(e)(l) in the aforementioned amount to the General Fund Special Events Budget; and providing for an effective date.
