Select Salomon Construction for Carl F. Slade Park roof replacement

Proposed resolution approving the selection of Salomon Construction and Roofing Corp. for the Carl F. Slade Park Facilities Roof System Replacement (Roofs 1-4) in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in Invitation for Bid No. 2025-26-017, attached hereto and made a part hereof as "Exhibit A"; and authorizing the Mayor or his designee and the City Clerk, as attesting witness, on behalf of the City, to issue a purchase order to Salomon Construction and Roofing Corp. in an amount not to exceed $212,848.35, which includes a contingency amount of ten percent (10%) if required, for the Carl F. Slade Park Roof Replacements; and authorizing the Mayor or designee to sign any related and customary purchasing documents to effectuate this resolution; and providing for an effective date.
