On May 27, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the item subject to conditions. Conditions: 1. The aluminum-roofed terrace shall remain open on all sides. 2. The site plan shall be revised to demonstrate compliance with the minimum 30 percent pervious area requirement. Planner's recommendation: Approval with conditions.
