Adjust stormwater utility fee

Adjust stormwater utility fee tab 16 a resolution of the city council of the city of homestead, florida providing for the levy and collection of a stormwater utility fee against residential property located within the boundaries of the city of homestead, florida; establishing the estimated stormwater utility fee for fiscal years beginning 2025-2026, including an annual adjustment; providing for the preparation of a preliminary assessment roll for fiscal year 2025-2026; establishing a public hearing to consider the imposition of the increase to stormwater utility fee, annual adjustment and the method of collection; directing the provision of notice in connection therewith; and providing for an effective date.
