FY 2026 budget amendment for water & sewer utility loan proceeds tab 2 an ordinance of the city of homestead, florida, amending the budget for the water & sewer utility fund for the fiscal year beginning october 1, 2025 and ending september 30, 2026 by increasing the total budgeted revenues and expenditures by $12, 000,000; providing for severability and an effective date.
