Extend six-month moratorium on townhome and multifamily development permits

Temporary moratorium ordinance tab 2 an ordinance of the city of homestead, florida, providing for a six (6) month extension to the twelve (12) month temporary moratorium, enacted by ordinance no. 2024-06-18, on issuance of development orders and permits and on the processing of development applications, city code text amendments, rezonings, comprehensive plan text and land use plan amendments for: development of townhome, clusterhome and multiple-family residential dwelling units within the city; proposed residential development on lots of less than 7,500 sqare feet within the city; and any proposed residential development over six (6) dwelling units per acre within the city; exempting specified development; and providing for an effective date.
