Prohibition of wood and chain-link fencing within residential and mixed-use zoning districts tab 2 an ordinance of the city of homestead, florida, amending the city code of ordinances by amending chapter 30 "zoning," article iii "district regulations," division 22 "r-tnd, residential traditional neighborhood development district," division 23 "planned urban neighborhood district," section 30-396.42a "southwest planned urban neighborhood," division 24 "business mixed use district," division 25 "neighborhood mixed use district," division 26 "technology mixed use district" by modifying the fencing standards and requirements to prohibit wood and chain-link fencing; and further amending article iv "supplemental district regulations," division 5 "fence restrictions" by modifying the fencing regulations for residential and mixed use zoned areas within the city; providing for severability; providing for inclusion in the code; providing for conflicts; and providing for an effective date.
