Placement of a general obligation bond referendum on the upcoming municipal election ballot tab 14 a resolution of the city council of the city of homestead, florida, directing city staff to take the actions necessary to initiate the process of issuing a general obligation bond to finance improvements to city parks and infrastructure, including requesting that the miami-dade county supervisor of elections hold a special election to run concurrently with the city's regularly scheduled election on november 4, 2025, to seek voter approval for the issuance of said bond; providing for implementation; providing for an effective date.
