Ph2026-12 - ordinance amending city code chapter 26 vegetation tab 17 an ordinance of the city of homestead, florida, amending the city code of ordinances by amending chapter 29 "vegetation," article i "landscaping" by establishing the minimum standards and landscaping regulations pursuant to the city of homestead landscape manual to supplement the miami-dade county landscaping standards and requirements, establishing regulations related to landscaping and irrigation certification and recertification for properties developed as multi-family residential, commercial and/or industrial, and providing for the enforcement of such certification and recertification; and further amending article ii "tree preservation and protection" by modifying regulations to clarify applicable permit fees and tree preservation trust fund contribution rates; providing for severability; providing for inclusion in the code; providing for conflicts; and providing for an effective date.
