Mpls network for radio communications & secondary internet circuits tab 18 a resolution of the city council of the city of homestead, florida, approving the agreement with crown castle for private mpls fiber network connectivity and redundant internet services in an amount not to exceed $1,121,604.00 utilizing the general services administration contract number gs-35f-465da; exempting the purchase from competitive bidding in accordance with section 2-411.1(2)(a) of the city code; authorizing the city manager to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this resolution subject to budget appropriation and availability of funds; authorizing the city manager to approve a price adjustment of up to ten percent (10%); providing for conflict, providing for severability; providing for implementation; and providing for an effective date.
