Referral to the planning board - implementing ordinance for ballot question approved by the city’s voters on november 8, 2022, to increase FAR from 2.0 to 2.75 in the rps4 district in the south of fifth neighborhood as an incentive for the conversion of existing hotel properties into residential use, if the property owner records a covenant prohibiting short-term rentals on the property.
