A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, approving a matching grant in the amount of $15,000 towards the production of the hispanic heritage festival to be held by almodóvar musica, LLC on september 15, 2023 at the miami beach bandshell; further, supporting almodóvar musica, LLC’s rental waiver application for the use of the miami beach bandshell, and providing that if the cultural arts council elects, in its discretion, to decline the rental waiver request, the city shall utilize available community benefit or other funds to pay for the miami beach bandshell rental fees for the event.
