Hire consultant for Park View Island redevelopment necessity report

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city administration to engage a consultant to prepare a preliminary report concerning a finding of necessity in accordance with part iii of chapter 163, florida statutes, for the redevelopment of park view island located within the city of miami beach, as shown on the map set forth in "exhibit a" hereto, so as to permit the city to include park view island in the geographic boundaries of the north beach community redevelopment agency.
