Restrict employer personal pronoun use policies

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, acknowledging the decision of commissioner david suarez to voluntarily forego the salary and allowances afforded to members of the city commission, as hereinafter set forth in this resolution (collectively, the “stipend”); and authorizing the city of miami beach to donate such stipend to the pelican harbor seabird station INC., a non-profit 501(c)(3) wildlife rescue organization, and to non-profit homeless organizations partnering with or providing services to the homeless in the city of miami beach, with the specific non-profit entities and amounts to each organization to be determined by commissioner suarez, at his discretion, via written notice to the city manager; and further authorizing the city manager or designee to execute any and all documents or agreements in connection with the donations, with the final report of all donations made pursuant to this resolution to be circulated to the mayor and city commission via letter to commission (ltc).
