A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, retroactively approving and authorizing the city manager or her design ee to apply for funding, accept funding, and appropriate funding received by the city, in connection with the state of florida department of environmental protection (department) state revolving loan program for drinking water facilities, in the approximate amount of $2,941,000.00, of which approximately $1,441,090.00 (49%) will be forgivable and approximately $1,499,910.00 (51%) will be repayable by the city pursuant to a loan agreement with the department; said program funds being subject to adjustment based upon total project costs; and further authorizing the city manager to finalize and execute any and all documents or agreements required to secure these program funds, subject to review and approval by the city attorney.
