A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, retroactively approving the request for a waiver of miami beach convention center rental fees from: (1) the 5000 role models of excellence project, INC., in an amount not to exceed $32,728.50, for use of the grand ballroom for the 2023 annual dr. Martin luther king, jr. Unity scholarship breakfast, held on january 15-16, 2023; and (2) the miami city ballet, INC., in an amount not to exceed $36,194.01, for use of the sunset vista ballroom for the 2023 miami city ballet gala, held on march 29-31, 2023.
