Execute Amendment 7 to Savino Miller Design studio services agreement

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing the city manager and city clerk to execute amendment no. 7 to the professional services agreement between the city of miami beach, florida and savino miller design studio, p.a., for additional architectural and engineering services at bayshore park, for additional design and construction administration services: 1) to design and implement the installation of signs of positive affirmation throughout the park; 2) to coordinate park design with the bayshore traffic calming project; 3) and to incorporate the addition of a sidewalk along 28", in the amount of $116,440.00, with previously appropriated funding.
