A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, relating to city commission agenda items sponsored by the mayor or individual commissioners, to require the chairperson to afford each member of the city commission the opportunity to present up to five (5) regular agenda items they are sponsoring on any city commission agenda, before any member is provided the opportunity to present additional items (i.e. More than five (5) regular agenda items) at a city commission meeting; and further, providing that the foregoing procedural rule shall take effect immediately upon adoption, and directing the city attorney to prepare an ordinance to codify the rule, as set forth in this resolution.
