Prequalify television service providers for city contract

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the city manager, pursuant to invitation to BID (itb) 2024-023-lb for a prequalified pool of television service providers, prequalifying the initial pool of firms: cogeco US (miami), LLC d/b/a breezeline f/k/a atlantic broadband (miami), LLC, and comcast business communications, LLC; and authorizing the city manager to keep the itb open to prequalify additional firms; and delegating to the city manager the authority to add firms to the pool, provided that any such firm meets the requirements of the itb, and to remove firms from the pool for non- performance.
