A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, authorizing the administration to activate marjory stoneman douglas ocean beach park as an additional beachfront concession area, as permitted pursuant to

section 2.

11 of the amended and restated public beachfront concession agreement, dated may 21, 2019 (agreement), between the city and boucher brothers miami beach, LLC (concessionaire), at which location concessionaire shall provide senior citizens with complimentary beach equipment equal to a free chair and umbrella per person; and further authorizing the city manager to execute any documents or agreements which may be required to approve this new concession area and service.
