A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing (and, as to certain agreements. Retroactively approving and authorizing) the city manager, or her designee, to apply for, and accept funding, execute any and all documents or agreements, and appropriate funding received by the city of miami beach in connection with the following grants, programs, and agreements: 1) u.s. Defartment of housing and urban development, through miami-dade county homeless trust, in the approximate amount of $38,000; 2) firehouse subs public safety foundation grant, in the approximate amount of $27,000; 3) florida health department, ems county incentive grant program, in the approximate amount of $6,400; 4) florida department of transportation, county incentive grant program, in the approximate amount of $5.25 million; 5) u.s. Conference of mayors, through bank of america charitable foundation, 2024 dollarwise innovation grant, in the approximate amount of $10,000; and 6) florida alliance to end human trafficking, human trafficking grant program, in the approximate amount of $28,000.
