A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving an additional waiver of special event permit fees for the south beach wine and food festival (“sobewff”) 2024 annual event, in the amount of $63,337, and authorizing the city manager to finalize and execute amendment no. 1 to the sponsorship agreement dated may 16, 2023 between the city and the florida international university board of trustees, for the benefit of the sobewff and the fiu chaplin school of hospitality and tourism management.
