Add Barry University as dual enrollment partner at senior high school

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, amending resolution no. 2024-33180 to approve an agreement between the city of miami beach, miami-dade county public schools board, and barry university for the addition of barry university as a partner to provide dual enrollment courses at miami beach senior high school for the 2025-26 school year and each subsequent year, subject to funding approval during the city's budgetary process; and further authorizing the city manager to execute any and all documents or agreements in connection with the program.
