A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the public safety and neighborhood quality of life committee, and approving a grant in the total amount of $50,000 to pridelines, INC., a not-for-profit corporation of the state of florida, for the development and implementation of a safe space program for lgbtqia+ miami beach youth; authorizing the city clerk and city manager to execute the city's standard grant agreement with respect to the foregoing; and further, in view of the importance of this organization and the public purposes served by this programming, directing the administration to prioritize an allocation of a $50,000 grant to pridelines, INC.
