Study feasibility of state motor vehicles service center in Miami Beach

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city administration to collaborate with the newly elected miami-dade county tax collector, dariel fernandez, to explore the viability of establishing a florida department of highway safety and motor vehicles (flhsmv) service center within the conduct a feasibility analysis in consultation with the tax collector’s office including, but not limited to, evaluating potential locations, costs, operational requirements, and projected benefits of such a facility.
