A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city administration to engage a transportation company to furnish a 15 passenger van to enable the residents of the stella maris house to travel to publix three times per month, at a cost not to exceed $16,000 per year; further directing the city administration to explore the possibility of partnering with miami dade county to share in the costs of funding this program; and further directing the administration to amend the fiscal year 2026 budget to cover the pro-rata cost for this program for fiscal year 2026 and to include this program as a recurring expenditure commencing in FY 2027; and further directing the administration to undertake the necessary steps to successfully implement the transportation service.
