A resolution of the mayor and the city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, waiving, by 5/7th vote, the formal bidding requirement in section 2-367(e) of the city code, finding such waiver to be in the city’s best interest, and authorizing the city manager to negotiate and execute a software license agreement (sla), between the city and jll technologies for corrigo computerized maintenance management system (cmms), for an initial term of five (5) years, with up to four (4) additional one-year renewal terms, subject to a flat 3% increase per renewal cycle, for a total annual cost not to exceed the amount appropriated for the sla through the city’s budgetary process; and further authorizing the city manager and city clerk to execute any and all documents or agreements which may be required to implement the sla.
