Improve lighting and sidewalks on Collins Avenue between 5th and 15th

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the administration to take all necessary steps to implement lighting and sidewalk improvements on collins avenue between 5th street and 15th street consistent with the design to be used on ocean drive, as part of the ongoing efforts to enhance public spaces, safety, and aesthetics in miami beach; and further, directing the administration to make this project a priority during the FY 2026 budget process.
