A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the administration to take all necessary steps to implement lighting and sidewalk improvements on collins avenue between 63rd street and 87th terrace consistent with the design to be used on ocean drive, as part of the ongoing efforts to enhance public spaces, safety, and aesthetics in miami beach; and further, directing the administration to make this project a priority during the FY 2026 budget process and to identify all possible sources of funds, including any grants as well as north beach community redevelopment agency trust fund revenues, that may be available for the implementation of this project.
