A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing (and, as to certain agreements, retroactively approving and authorizing) the city manager, or her designee, to apply for, and accept funding, execute any and all documents or agreements, and appropriate funding received by the city of miami beach in connection with the following grants, programs, and agreements: 1) u.s. Department of housing and urban development, through miami-dade county homeless trust, specialized unsheltered homelessness program, in the approximate amount of $2,180,000; 2) firehouse subs public safety foundation, in the amount of $26,200; 3) florida department of environmental protection, coastal partnership initiative grant program, in the approximate amount of $40,000; 4) miami-dade county, fiscal year 2022/23 emergency medical services county grant, through florida department of health, in the approximate amount of $6,800; and, 5) united states department of homeland security, through florida division of emergency management for the state and local cybersecurity grant program, in the amount of $498,000.
